3. Return Authorization
Please do not send a product back before contacting us.
Our customer service team will provide return instructions if a return is approved. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Product Condition
Where a return is approved, the product should generally be returned in its original condition and packaging, together with accessories and other items included with the order.
Products that have been used, damaged, modified, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.
